SIOUX CITY — A Sioux City pastor has filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice against a Polk County judge for comments the judge allegedly made to a newspaper about the effort to dismiss three Iowa Supreme Court judges for their role in overturning the state’s ban on same-sex marriage.
