Show Me HIV Anti-Criminalization Rally

There are 32 States that have laws that criminalize the exposure and transmission. In the State of Missouri Exposing another person to HIV is a Class B Felony, punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a fine. Transmission of HIV to another person is punishable by thirty years to life in prison and a fine. Additionally a person may face 5-10 years in prison for biting/spitting.
