Package Discounts:
Pre-pay for six advertisements and receive a 5% discount. Pre-pay for twelve advertisements and receive a 10% discount. Ads need not appear in consecutive issues. Discounts can be applied to multiple ads run in one issue. (Limitations apply.)
Payment is due with submission of ad files or copy. We accept PayPal, credit card, check or money order. Ads will be placed upon receipt of payment. For special terms, please contact the editor-in-chief.

Print Ad Copy and Files
You have three (3) choices for submitting ads. Call us for more information or additional help.
- Email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or submit ad on disc or via FTP. We can use the following files (which may be compressed if necessary): JPG, TIF, PDF (press quality), Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw files (with text converted to paths), or Adobe Pagemaker or Adobe InDesign files. Colors must be in CMYK mode, and please include all fonts as needed.
- Submit camera ready copy. We can scan and resize if needed.
- Send us the information and we will make up the ad for you:
- Full page or 3/4 page: $200
- 1/2 page or 1/4 page: $100
- 1/8, 1/16 or business card: $75
