Los Angeles man charged with disorderly conduct, interference
A Los Angeles man was arrested over the weekend after police say he jumped on a stage and disrupted the Gay Pride parade in Iowa City.
According to an Iowa City police report, Michael S. Oren, 54, yelled obscenities during the parade while he was standing near College Green Park, where he received a verbal warning. Police said he then followed the group to the Pedestrian Mall, where he jumped on stage and disrupted musicians.
