How ironic to read an Iowa Christian conservative organization — the Family Leader — comes out attacking the idea of preventing bullying of lesbian, gay and transgendered students.
Once again, Bob Vander Plaats tries to stir the pot of hate and prejudice by saying the governor should not support a nonprofit group’s event that aims to prevent physical and emotional attack of these children (“Family Leader: Governor’s Support of Anti-Bullying Conference ‘Radical’,” Feb 7).
