The Outlaws, along with a few other organizations at the College of Law, are hosting an educational event, titled "Defending Iowa's Courts: An Anniversary Event." This discussion consists of three panels of judges, journalists, and activists that will explore how judicial retention elections affect our community. The audience is invited to join the conversation at the conclusion of each panel.
Please join them for an evening of conversation and debate. Three panels will explore the continuing controversies over how to best secure a fair and impartial judiciary after last year’s ouster of three Iowa Supreme Court justices.
