Politics and Law UNI Gay Discrimination Suit Headed To Trial (KGAN)
A University of Northern Iowa music professor fired in 2009 after a man accused him of sexual abuse years earlier says he was treated unfairly because he is gay.
Bradley Barrett's lawsuit against the university is expected to go to trial Tuesday. He claims university officials discriminated against him and violated the faculty union's contract by firing him without cause.
