Daily Life University of Iowa adds LGBT housing floor (ABC)
Next year student housing at the University of Iowa will add a floor for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender students.
The idea was brought up by a freshman who says how he chooses to live should be a non-issue.
The students say an LGBT-focused housing floor will attract more students and make current ones feel comfortable living on campus.
