
Defense lawyers for a Southern California teen on trial for shooting a gay, middle school classmate are seeking to disqualify the judge in the case again.
Attorneys for Brandon McInerney claimed in a motion Thursday that Ventura County Superior Court Judge Charles Campbell isn't being fair. The motion outlined examples of Campbell giving the prosecution leeway in scheduling witnesses, admitting evidence and other procedural matters that were denied to the defense.
