Tickets will go on sale Monday, July 18, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. for Jackie Evancho, the eleven-year-old girl with the extraordinary voice who won the hearts of millions of TV viewers last summer when she appeared on the NBC reality show “America’s Got Talent.”

The soprano prodigy comes to the acoustically acclaimed Holland Performing Arts Center on Friday, August 26 at 8:00 p.m. This opening concert for the 2011-2012 Omaha Performing Arts season is also in celebration of the fifth anniversary of the Holland Performing Arts Center. Evancho will sing a repertoire ranging from classical arias and pop classics to Oscar-winning tunes. The selections are from her recently released classical crossover album Dream With Me and her PBS special produced by the legendary David Foster.
