Cross-Country Bike Tour for HIV/AIDS Awareness (WOWT)
Five college students from all over the country are biking across the United States to raise money and awareness for the fight against HIV/AIDS.
The bikers are riding for an organization called FACE AIDS, a company that brings HIV awareness and fundraiser programs to help treat people with AIDS or programs to prevent spread of the disease.
The team started in San Francisco on June 13th and is biking over 4,000 miles to Boston. They will reach their destination on August 17th. It's a 67 day long trip and has raised $20,000 so far. The team hopes to hit its final goal of $25,000.
