Phoenix Suns point guard seems to be open to the idea that there are gay players in the NBA and he doesn’t think it would be a big deal when one admits it.
The Suns star told the New York Times that he does not think an NBA player admitting to being gay would be a “big issue anymore”.
The issue of homosexuality in sports is again a hot topic since Suns CEO Rick Welts came out and said he was gay earlier this month.
Nash said in the Times that Welts’ admission was no big deal as far as he or other players were concerned.
