
Same-sex couples have a tough time planning for the future. Opposite-sex couples can choose to marry, and once married, are secure in the knowledge that their relationship is recognized in every state and by federal law.
Wherever they live, work or travel, their rights and responsibilities are clearly defined. Everybody knows what a marriage relationship is. Not so for same-sex relationships. It’s a jungle out there.
