Jailed HIV-positive man facing more sex charges (ChathamDailyNews)
A Quebec judge denied bail Thursday to an HIV-positive man who is accused of having unprotected sex despite knowing he is infected with the virus.
Judge Chantal Pelletier said she thought Steve Biron posed too great a danger to be released.
The 32-year-old Quebec man faces 22 charges of aggravated assault and aggravated sexual assault.
